1. Services Provided
TJ Signature Construction LLC specializes in
roof inspections, repairs, replacements, maintenance, and related roofing services
. Our services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and necessary permits.
All estimates provided by TJ Signature LLC are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the initial inspection and may be subject to change if unforeseen issues arise. Price adjustments will be communicated in advance and require customer approval before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments for inspections, repairs, and installations must be scheduled in advance. Customers must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.TJ Signature LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments & Financing
A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on the project scope. Full payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and financing options (where applicable).Late payments may result in additional fees or legal action.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
Roofing installations and repairs come with a limited warranty, which covers workmanship and certain materials. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications. Customers must notify TJ Signature LLC of any warranty claims within the specified warranty period.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to their property for roofing inspections and work. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain HOA approvals (if applicable) before work begins. Customers must remove or protect valuable or fragile items near the worksite to prevent damage.
7. Liability & Insurance
TJ Signature ConstructionLLC is fully licensed and insured to perform roofing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues that may affect the roof’s integrity. In the event of accidental property damage, TJ Signature ConstructionLLC will work with the customer to resolve the issue.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel their service contract within 72 hours of signing without penalty. Deposits for materials or custom orders are non-refundable once the order is placed. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Marketing & Communication
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers via SMS, email, or phone. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting customer support.
10. Force Majeure
TJ Signature Construction LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to
severe weather, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State].Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action is taken.
